Counseling Ethics: New Challenges for Enhancing the Profession 
and Protecting the Relationship presented by 
Douglas Querin, J.D., M.A. and Charles Hemingway, J.D., M.S.,

     ORCA is recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) to offer continuing education units.  Conference attendees will earn up to 13 contact hours; those at the pre-conference workshop will earn 6 contact hours, making a total of 19 possible CEUs.

  • Conference attendees are invited to reserve rooms at the Hilton Eugene at a conference rate of $109.00 per night, plus taxes for a single (additional people, up to 4 per room, may be added for $16.00 per person).
  • This conference rate is available for a limited number of rooms for the nights of Thursday, October 16th through Saturday, October 18th. This rate may also be extended to the two nights prior to and after the conference dates, based upon availability.
  • The deadline for reservations at the conference rate is Tuesday, September 16th, 2008; any reservations made after this date will be subject to space and rate availability.
  • To make a reservation, please contact the hotel at 1-800-937-6660 or by Fax at 541-342-6661. Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Hilton Eugene’s Group Reservations Department.
